An order also becomes binding when the customer accepts a quotation or offer provided by the company through any communication method that has been used and communicated to the company.

5. Orders and Delivery

Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, or by another method agreed upon by both parties if the original method is unavailable.
Returns do not apply to electronic services that have been completed or delivered according to the agreement, or products and services manufactured, customized, or prepared according to the customer’s specific requirements, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
